On my trip down south I was mesmerised by this amazing aromatic ripe jackfruit adorning fruit carts all over the highway ! The taste , aroma and texture urged me to think of an innovative pickle to make from it ! My husband Amitabh suggested why not your signature Chhoonda ? 
Was sheer pleasurable experience to see these aromatic beauties soak in the sweetness of the organic jaggery and tanginess of the organic sugarcane juice vinegar smarting in the tempering of spices sourced from Kerala !!!
