Refunds & Returns Policy

At Rina’s Gourmet Foods, all products are prepared, packed, and dispatched in compliance with FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we follow a strict returns and refunds policy to ensure consumer safety.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of placement.

In exceptional cases, cancellation requests made within 24 hours may be considered at the sole discretion of Rina’s Gourmet Foods.

Approved cancellations will be subject to deduction of shipping, packaging, and payment gateway charges, if applicable.
2. Damaged, Leaked, Expired, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, expired, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photo or video evidence (unboxing video recommended) is mandatory for verification.

Upon successful verification, we will provide either:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund, as per the nature of the issue.

3. No Returns for Opened or Unwanted Food Products

As per FSSAI guidelines and food safety regulations, opened, partially consumed, or used food products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products ordered by mistake, taste preference, or change of mind.
4. Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
5. Return Process (For Verified & Approved Cases Only)

Contact Rina’s Gourmet Foods customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Share photo/video proof clearly showing the issue.

Once verified, return instructions or a return shipping label will be shared, if required.

Pack the product securely in its original, unopened condition.

Ship the product back as per instructions provided.

Upon receipt and quality inspection, a replacement will be dispatched or refund initiated.
6. Important Compliance Note

Returns and refunds are strictly evaluated to ensure consumer safety, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI norms.

Any request raised after 24 hours of delivery or without proper evidence may not be accepted.
